**JOB SUMMARY**:
Act as the primary contact for complicated relocations and high-touch customers and transferees. Expertly manages international relocations including air, sea, and storage shipments and provides direction on other difficult relocations within the office. Provides seamless coordination and monitoring of each move according to Graebel International's Forwarding, Quality and Customer Service procedures and standards with little or no direction. Proactively offer recommendations to solve transferee and account problems and concerns.
**PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. **Expertly handle all aspects of difficult moves and high-touch customer accounts, consistently delighting the customer
**2. **Provides seamless coordination and monitoring of each move according to Graebel standards and proactively provides recommendations to solve transferee and account problems and concerns. Monitors the activities of each assigned move and immediately and effectively addresses all escalations
**3. **Consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets per file, negotiates lower rates with vendors when needed. Implements advanced profit maximization techniques to increase revenue on files. Works on profit maximization opportunities
**4. **Accurately process billing documents within specified department time frames as well as verify the accuracy of other billings within the department. Maintain pristine file records, stay current with action items and submit error-free billing packets
**5. **Lead team projects that will improve overall process improvement in international operations including profit maximization opportunities as assigned
**6. **Participate in training, answer questions and provide guidance and support to Global Household Goods Coordinators and Specialists on an ongoing basis, and address escalations for moves handled by Coordinators and Specialists when they require assistance
**7. **Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business or equivalent relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant Global Household Goods Specialist or equivalent position experience
- Able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
- Able to calculate figures and amounts
- Microsoft office proficiency including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Basic concepts of algebra and geometry
