To help us build upon our success, we are seeking a **HR Specialist (Sr) **with a strong passion towards people development and engagement.

The position reports to the HR Director and will work in close conjunction across functions and levels within the organization along with a specific supporting group to hone further your HR Business Partnering acumen and insights.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive and support key HR activities in a proactive and consultative manner in areas such as and not limited to recruitment, performance development/management, organisational alignment and initiatives
- Be the first point of contact for staff within your supporting business group in the interpretation of policies, recruitment process, employment legislations, performance development/ management and any other HR/ org related matters
- Support Team Leads/ Managers with activities pertaining to employee engagement, performance management, manpower planning and team design etc
- Manage and oversee an informative and well-rounded on/ onboarding program for employees which includes but not limited to HR operations activities such as contract preparation, work permits, enrolment of employee benefits etc
- Co-own and implement HR programs such as ViSenze internship program, Performance Management tools, ViSenze community newsletters etc

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Min 5 years experience as a HR Generalist especially in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment and development;
- Brings a strong sense of maturity, accountability and passion for people and culture
- Strong interpersonal skills that prides authenticity and collaboration
- Strong MS Office skills (Words, PowerPoint and Excel); interest in data and report generation will be advantageous
