About the Job
We are now looking for a Partner Sales Manager based in Singapore for our SElink solution
Blu5 specializes in cutting-edge ZeroTrust endpoint and network solutions that simplify the digital transformation for businesses navigating disruptive times. Our commitment is to assist digital teams in minimizing attack vectors and safeguarding essential operations. We design robust solutions that bolster sectors such as IoT, Critical Infrastructure, Finance and Banking, Government, and Space, ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of services and operations, even amidst cyber incidents.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Identify new partners and negotiate business terms to secure partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and provide innovative approaches.
- Planning and executing partner GTM and field activities, driving account alignment, and co-sell opportunities.
- Create joint marketing and sales opportunities with and through strategic regional partners.
- Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Managed the entire sales process from initial outreach and contract negotiation to invoicing and receiving payment.
- Represent Blu5 at relevant regional conferences and events.
- Identify tactics to build local groundswell and brand awareness to support the sales cycle.
You'll be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or similar role in technology companies
- University degree or above, preferably in a business and or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to understand basic technical requirements, product flows and ecosystem. Ability to travel as needed.

Builds market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and contracts with partners including but not limited to distributors, resellers, technology partners.
Partners Sales Manager Job Duties
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; contributes to identify internal priorities;
- Supports the development of negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture matching company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; supports developing and negotiating contracts; supports integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.
- Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
