**Job Description & Requirements**:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for compensation & benefits, focusing on various incentives schemes (e.g., Long Term incentives, Sales incentives and IPO related incentives) and Non-Executive Directors’ Compensation.

As the Manager, Human Resource (Compensation & Benefits), you will be responsible for:

- Working with consultants to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward and retain talent.
- Ensuring the reward programmes are competitive by performing competitive benchmarking analyses.
- Performing industry and financial research.
- Keeping abreast of legal, regulatory and legislative trends that relate to corporate governance and compensation.
- Modelling pay structures and conducting financial impact analyses of alternative designs.
- Developing, analyzing and calibrating executives and non-executives and broad-based incentive plan designs that help support companies’ business strategies.
- Drafting documents presenting the team’s work to stakeholders.
- Managing long term and IPO related incentive programmes including but not limited to long term incentives grants, exercise and vesting.
- Managing sales incentive programme and Non-Executive Directors’ compensation related matters.
- Supporting audit requirements and any other adhoc projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in human resource, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with quantitative course work.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant compensation analyst work and/or incentives program design and administration experience.
- Analytically inclined and strong with numbers.
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills and preferably working knowledge in macros, VBA and SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
- Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions.
- Ability to perform independently under limited supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
