**Job Summary**:
What to expect:

- Adopt proven software engineering practices like pair programming, code reviews, test-driven development. - If you are a more experienced engineer, you will also be expected to lead conversations on solutioning and systems design, establish best practices and mentor other engineers in the team.

Experiences we look out for:

- Experience in modern Javascript framework for both frontend and backend development
- Frontend: ReactJS
- Backend: NodeJS with frameworks such as express or koa
- Experience in the following would be advantageous:

- Using of typing framework such as Typescript in development
- Creating robust and responsive UI using tailwind css
- Good understanding and implementation of relational or non-relational databases
- Caching techniques and technologies (e.g. Redis)
- Implementing of unit/integration testing in code
- End-to-end development from frontend to API implementation
- Using of ORMs such as Sequelize or TypeCRM
- Experience in Amazon Connect
- Good Understanding of Amazon Connect concepts/configuration
- Creating IVR flows and modules based on requirements from users
- Using lambdas to integrate IVR flows with 3rd party systems
- Knowledge of contact center metrics
- Familiarity with, and/or working knowledge of the following would be a bonus:

- Infrastructure as code on AWS or equivalent
- Creating and deploying of container images
- Experience of what it takes to develop/maintain of a healthy CI/CD pipelines and processes
- Development of mobile app using mobile hybrid frameworks (such as react-native) or natively
- If you are experienced enough to be a tech lead, we would expect the following
- Good communication skills to communicate technical direction to the team
- Mentoring skills to mentor and level up junior engineers
- Ability to deal with complex system architecture/designs to be able to integrate with other

systems
- Establish good practices/standards for the team to adhere to
- At least 3 years of software development experience
