5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and follow-up on enquiries effectively
- Handle order fulfilment ie take down order, prepare sales order, invoice/cash sales and collection arrangement
- Issue and co-ordinate with sales and store for issuing sample to customers
- Coordinate with operation team in monitoring of delivery schedule and ensure that all delivery is being carries out on time
- Coordinate with sales team and supply chain on customer order requirement and forecast
- Support all coordination between sales and customers
- Support finance department
- Preparing of quotation to customer

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- You are customer-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
