As an L2 Engineer specializing in IBM Maximo support at Vaiyam Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our clients' Maximo environments. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide proactive solutions to optimize their Maximo systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IBM Maximo configuration, functionality, and integration.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices for Maximo usage, customization, and optimization.

Perform Maximo system administration tasks, including user management, data management, and configuration changes.

Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in IBM Maximo and recommend updates or enhancements to clients as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration, with a focus on IBM Maximo.

Strong technical skills in IBM Maximo configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in database management systems, particularly IBM DB2.

Knowledge of Java programming language for Maximo customization and scripting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.

Relevant certifications such as IBM Certified Associate Administrator - Maximo Asset Management V7.6 are preferred.
