Our Student Care Centres provide a caring, conducive and safe environment for children whose parents are unable to look after them during the day because of work commitments. A conducive home-away-from-home also provides opportunities for the students to develop socially, morally, emotionally and intellectually, which allows them to develop holistically and reach their fullest potential.

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for the children’s well-being and safety at all times
- Assist and guide the children with their daily school work
- Plan and conduct character development programmes and activities to support the holistic development of the children
- Maintain discipline and classroom management while engaging the children in fun developmental activities and learning lessons
- Responsible for responding to parent queries at the centre.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Diploma, preferably in early childhood education
- Enjoys working with children aged 6-12 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Core Competencies**:

- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team setting
- Able to work in a systematic and organised manner with attention to detail
- Passionate and patient about working with children to provide an environment of care in an after-school care setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus
