**Job Description**:
The Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) was formed to spearhead co-learning and innovation in healthcare. Our key thrusts are building thought leadership in healthcare innovation and improvement; driving workforce transformation to focus on productivity and creating value for our patients; and enabling healthcare training to develop healthcare leaders of the future. Our strategic thrusts are enabled through a closely-connected ecosystem of strategic innovation partners, and innovation programmes and funding that supports projects to redesign healthcare. Based at the Ng Teng Fong Centre for Healthcare Innovation, a new purpose-built centre for healthcare innovation, CHI aims to transform healthcare and its workforce to be future-ready, and agile in the face of change.

**Job Description**:
Aligned with CHI's key thrusts in driving innovation projects, this role looks at supporting Strategic Innovation Programmes that focus on redesigning and transforming hospital care at the systems level.

You will provide project management and administrative support to the Programme Director. The scope includes working in a multi-disciplinary team to manage and tract the implementation; monitoring and reporting of project outcomes; and managing financial expenditure of the Strategic Innovation Programmes, to ensure successful execution of programme to meet objectives and targets according to stipulated timelines.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Assist Programme Team in preparing project proposals

Liaise closely with stakeholders to provide overall programme management support, vendor and or partner management, including tracking of implementation milestones and deliverables

Monitoring of work plans to track programme milestones, deliverables, expenditure and savings

Manage budget utilization according to approved budget

Prepare periodic reports on project progress and fund utilization to senior management and funders

Provide secretarial support to key programme and project meetings

**Requirements**:
A good Bachelor's degree

3 - 5 years of work experience in managing projects

Experience in healthcare/clinical operations, research/innovation, or tech / IT projects would be an added advantage

A self motivated problem solver who would be able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Possess strong analytical skills, organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
