**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**_As a Business Analyst: _**:

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support data migration, validation, and Veeva Vault configurations.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution post-implementation.

**_As a Project Manager: _**:

- Lead end-to-end Veeva implementation or enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, manage resources, risks, budgets, and communication plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst or PM**in life sciences or healthcare domain.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with **Veeva Vault (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, or Commercial)**.
- Strong understanding of **GxP compliance**and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with **SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies**.
- Ability to write BRDs, FRDs, test scripts, and training material.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Veeva Vault Certification (Commercial, RIM, QMS, or Clinical Suite).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
- Exposure to data migration tools and Veeva APIs.
- Knowledge of integration between Veeva and other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Medidata).

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Veeva or PM certifications are a strong advantage.

**Soft Skills**:

- High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and delivery-focused mindset.
