Applied Value Technologies is seeking a **Business Support Analyst **to assist in the delivery of our mission

**About you**:
**We are looking for someone to**:

- Engage with Business Operations and IT teams to resolve critical system issues
- Regular data collection and reporting on key system performance indicators
- Drive root cause and corrective action determination for all support issues
- Facilitate support reviews with internal partners
- Drive process documentation, automation, and continuous improvement cross-functionally
- Follow detailed processes and workflows to provide world-class support analysis
- Partner with technical resources on critical system error resolutions
- Help business/QA teams in resolving issues related to EDI/ Webservices, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Work Orders and Finance

- A functional expert within one or more core supply chain activities
- Able to navigate a highly technical environment with systems issues and data analytics needs
- A quick learner who is adaptable and excited to learn new products, processes, concepts, skills, and naturally curious
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding team-oriented environment

**Some stuff you need**:

- 5+ years working in managing supply chain as a business user
- 5+ years hands-on experience of using Oracle Supply Chain modules, preferably Oracle Fusion
- Experience with Fusion Order Management, Inventory, GOP, Manufacturing, or PDH
- Good knowledge of end-to-end business systems processes and flows in Supply Chain management
- Intensive experience in hi-tech industry preferably in consumer hardware/consumer electronics
- Must have excellent SQL and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Great collaborator to work across various cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information tech/SCM or equivalent experience

**Other stuff you might have**:

- Experience with navigating through spreadsheets to analyze large amounts of data
- Familiarity with G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience with shell commands, reviewing logs, running scripts, etc. is highly desirable
