Thirsty is an online craft beer store and we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operations Executive to join our warehouse operations team.

This is an operational role where you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation at our fulfilment warehouse. In addition, you will be expected to identify and execute improvements to the daily workflow to simplify, streamline and automate processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Fulfilment. Ensure efficient and accurate picking, packing and shipping of daily orders.
- Transport. Plan sufficient drivers and efficient routing, anticipate and resolve delivery issues and ensure all deliveries are completed on-time.
- Receiving. Ensure goods are unloaded, inspected, counted and stored correctly.
- Inventory. Ensure stocks and materials are accurate, replenished and updated regularly.
- Customer service. Ensure all queries are answered and service issues are resolved for customer satisfaction.
- General housekeeping. Ensure warehouse space is clean, safe and organised.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Physically fit and can handle up to 20kg.
- Service-oriented speaking and writing abilities.
- A track record of taking initiative to identify and fix problems.
- Proven experience in executing projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to deal with unexpected problems.
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
- Honest, reliable and a positive attitude.
- Past e-commerce or warehouse experience is a plus.

**JOB DETAILS**:

- Location: 8 Lorong Bakar Batu, Singapore 348743.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm.
- Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,500 + CPF + 14 days annual leave.
