**Your new role**

As a Warehouse & Operations Executive, you will ensure smooth onboarding for customers and coordination of daily operations to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions to cater to customers' needs.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational flows required by clients (ports/warehouses)
- Responsible for warehouse inventory checks and cycle count
- Warehouse facility and racking layout planning to ensure good flow
- Ensure all orders, returns and projects are completed on time and accurately
- Contract negotiations with customers and vendors
- Review and highlight areas of improvement for the supply chain management plans

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the logistics or warehouse operations
- Good communication skills as you will be engaging with customers
- Strong in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently
