WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our warehouse unit in Singapore. This role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvements, safety culture, and digital transformation. Candidate should have master’s or Bachelor's degree in any principles. logistics, engineering, supply chain management, or in any management related cores will be more advantage. At least 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with proven people and process management skills. Executive level presence and strong communication skills in English , Tamil(fluency)is much preferable (60% of our organization customers were Tamil speaking customers). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, or data visualization tools. Candidate must have class 3 licenses or above , as no hesitation to cover the schedules/deliveries on time while its needed / should posses with leading personality. Mainline products of the warehouse were very perishable goods, candidate should have deep analytical / practical knowledge in scheduling priority deliveries. Streamline warehouse workflows and material handling processes to increase throughput and reduce bottlenecks. Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS)and openness to digital transformation, Proactive, structured, and able to lead teams through change and improvement. Monitor day-to-day operation activities to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation. Coordinate overall transportation operations, Review application of integrated logistics solutions and business management principles to improve overall transport plan. Coordinate with targeted outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery and Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
