Responsibilities:

- Actively source and procure machine components and materials from both local and overseas suppliers
- Make on-going efforts to identify new suppliers and review current suppliers to maintain a pool of qualified suppliers
- Work closely with suppliers on delivery scheduling, quality issues, component specifications and certification requirements
- Able to manage suppliers well to secure best price, payment terms, lead time and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and monitor project costing closely to achieve cost savings
- Monitor, ensure and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Prepare and generate documents in SAP
- Work closely with various teams in engineering, assembly and store to meet tight production schedules
- Adhere to company’s purchasing policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in related discipline
- At least 2 years’ working experience in procurement function, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Some technical knowledge in machine components is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to speak, read and write Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers
- Organized, responsible, committed and meticulous with a positive work attitude
- Self-driven, self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedules
- Able to work after office hours when required

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
