Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you are the strategic and supportive partner for your clients at every stage of the buying process. You will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product/solution information and addressing client needs and issues. You will take ownership of the assigned account including sales, upsells, renewals and project management.
You are responsible for client retention & satisfaction, sustaining business growth and account profitability. You have to ensure excellent client service interactions, and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors to ensure client satisfaction are met.
Job Responsibility:
- Acts as a Client Advocate and promotes client loyalty
- Seek to understand and help clients succeed in their business goals
- Account management and Upsell product/solutions/services
- Promote value through excellent client experience
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team’s objectives and sales goals are met
- Providing client with product information and availability, estimated time of arrival of goods and products recommendations
- Delivering prompt, professional solutions for client inquiries
- Working to meet immediate goals of client interaction
- Review client complaints and concerns and seek to improve the client experience
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Leading project planning session
- Coordinating manpower resources for both internal and external parties
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
