As the APAC Collection and Portfolio Manager, you will manage the strategy, processes, execution and optimization of our collection and product portfolio across Asia-Pacific. Your efforts will facilitate efficient brief management and value creation, optimize sampling processes, streamline supply chain operations, and drive profitable business growth.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Collection and Portfolio Management: Collaborate with business units, innovation, and technical teams to align the collection and portfolio with market needs, addressing product profiles, performance gaps, regulatory standards, and cost guidelines, while executing tasting and evaluation sessions across Asia Pacific to continuously improve the collection.
- Operational Efficiency and Improvement: Support distributors and customers in portfolio management through digital platforms, champion product management and briefing tools, and manage the regional sampling center to optimize service levels and reduce lead times.
- Portfolio Complexity Reduction: Decrease portfolio complexity through targeted initiatives and assist in continuous improvement of portfolio knowledge via category, innovation, and local expertise.
- Data-Driven Insights and Analysis: Conduct data analysis for portfolio enhancement, build portfolio knowledge, and utilize CRM and Product Management Tools for actionable insights and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, pricing, procurement, and supply chain teams on special projects, while collaborating with creation, business units, and innovation teams to deliver promotions and drive innovation.
- Pricing and Regulatory Coordination: Support the pricing team in product integration and collection pricing, while collaborating with Formula Management and Regulatory to ensure the portfolio meets regulatory standards.

**You bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the flavor industry, with a focus on product or portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Ability to work across different parts of the organization, build networks and share information with key stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
