**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- To work closely with Opco's Merchandising Managers & Collection Managers to gather information on line plan, 80% turnover contributing articles and local specific requirements by category and sub category
- With the information gathered from Opco, the Regional Collection Manager consolidated products with similar designs, price points, and product attributes of 80% contributing articles, and line requirements to form a regional collection structure
- To prepare paper collection and to review feedback with APAC Product Cabinet
- To review prototype and prototype confirmation with Regional Collection Head
- To work together with Regional Collection Category Head to finalize collection and product review meeting according to APAC Timeline Calendar
- To organize collection review meetings with Regional Collection Head and APAC Product Cabinet to decide the best option from a group of common collections by category and sub-category
- To work with Regional Collection Category Head on product posters for the common collection
- To organise Opco's Best Seller review and feedback to form APAC Common Collection
- To get feedback on collection from Opco's Merchandising and Collection Managers on gaps and missing collection and Post Mortem Analysis from Merchandising Cabinet

**Strategic Planning**:

- Responsible for influencing product positioning with product marketing research including regional trends, competitive information on business metrics
- Identify areas for product development and improvement process, initiating action plans and ensuring implementation in APAC markets
- Active involvement in the generation and review of revenue growth for the regional common collections are achieved on a seasonal basis
- Participating in the Product Management charter on both regional and global levels.
- Provide inputs required by the Global Product team consolidated for the respective category
- Ensure adherence to Brand Compliance Guideline (BCG) initiatives for all collections developed in Global 7 Brands
- Maintain an open channel of communication between the organization and create an impact within the region by completing projects development which will add value to the region

**Job requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, or any related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of regional buying experience in related retail sector or similar capacity
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularity Excel (knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP is essential)
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build and sustain relationships
- Can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Organised and structured method in working with keen attention to details
