**The Job**

At Mighty Jaxx, our sales team is the engine that drives our global consumer reach and the
company's aggressive revenue growth targets.

The Director of Sales leads and oversees the activities of the Sales department in Mighty
Jaxx. We are seeking a self-starter with strong negotiation skills, someone with a track
record of success who can inspire the same in others. This role will be in charge of growing
the volume of sales for the business, reducing customer turnover in the Asia Pacific (APAC)
region and ensuring a highly e
- ective sales team. This role would cover the APAC region,
excluding China. There is potential to extend Mighty Jaxx’s footprint into other markets
outside of APAC.

**Responsibilities**
- Take the lead in managing Mighty Jaxx’s Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly,

and annual revenue targets for the company
- Formulate strategies to grow incremental and new sales, with a focus on the APAC

region
- Conduct regular reviews on the existing sales strategies and weigh them against
- results to identify areas for improvement- Monitor and analyse business trends, customer accounts, and explore ways to
- expand into new distribution channels and territories- Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to

provide accurate forecasts on sales performance and enable the company to make
informed decisions for appropriate resource planning and ensuring the right level of
inventory to optimize revenue and product costing.
- Participate in trade shows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events on behalf of

the business with the purpose of collecting qualified leads and pertinent sales
information as well as keeping up with market trends
- Establish relationships with Mighty Jaxx’s key customers, which includes

understanding their key needs and opportunities to displace competition
- Collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our product

development teams
- Responsible for new sales hiring, setting objectives, training, coaching, and

monitoring performance of sales representatives
** Requirements**
- Prior experience in a Sales or Key Account Lead role, preferably with a consumer

product company selling direct to large, national retailers within Southeast Asia
- Proven track record in team management, and sales achievements
- Knowledge of, and interest in pop-culture, collectibles, toy industry preferred
- Experience in mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- High-level proficiency with MS O
- ce programs
- Out of the box thinker; creative and strategic mindset
- Extremely ambitious and results oriented
- Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
