The Quan Shui Wet Market Online team is looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to support its e-commerce operations in Singapore.

You will be trained to eventually assume the role of a **Business Support Manager (Admin) **and will have career progression opportunities.

You will have the chance to be exposed to administrative duties across several functions e.g. operations/finance/logistics and can have the opportunity to be promoted to be General Manager

Being **meticulous **and having **basic computer literacy **are highly necessary for this job.

**Job Details:
- $3200/month
- 6 days a week, Sundays off, 1630 - 0030
- Transport allowance provided if public transport is unavailable when work ends)
- 7 days annual leave
- Guaranteed CNY Bonus

Applicants with prior experience preferred

**Admin
1. Synthesizing information across sales platforms to generate summaries needed by operations team

2. Printing, arranging and editing delivery lists, invoices and sticker labels needed by operations team

**Finance
1. Management of HR admin matters e.g. petty cash claims, tracking of part-timers' hours, MC submission etc.

2. Consolidation of invoices for payment and GST-related matters

3. Assist in manual payment acceptance e.g. scanning CDC vouchers

4. Assist in payroll generation

5. Assist in GST claims & submissions

**Logistics/Inventory Management
1. Management and ordering of logistics needed for staff & operations e.g. pantry stocking up, ordering of packaging materials

2. Updating and tracking of inventory across sales platforms

3. Timely and accurate management and ordering of inventory

**Managerial
1. Creation of SOPs for the above areas of Admin/Finance/Logistics tasks

2. Mentoring of newly hired Admin Executives
