Singapore Sony Music Careers - Asia & Middle East Full time

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for all daily IT operations and service desks to Sony Music Singapore and Malaysia users. You will assist in all IT projects implementation and IT tasks execution across Asia.

**What you will do**:

- Monitor and manage daily backups.
- Attends and actively participates in Global IT infrastructure meetings.
- Remediating IT Vulnerabilities on specified systems in timely manner.
- Perform IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
- Manage IT contingency plan.
- Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for IT product and services purchases.
- Implement corporate IT security standards and policies.
- Co-ordinate with regional and corporate teammates for IT project implementation.
- Perform network and system installation, setup, backup and administration.
- Report any IT error or abnormal condition to supervisor immediately.
- Be proactive in investigating any IT issues / error, proposing solutions and carrying out actions.
- Follow all company policies and requirements including but not limited to any relevant IT procedures and standards.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisor and any ad hoc tasks in order to maintain and deliver quality IT support to business operation.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in enterprise IT infrastructure environment
- Experience in support of Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc
- Extensive hands-on experience with Lan/WAN and Security technology
- Hands on experience in server setup, backup and administration
- Experience on the support of Firewall, wireless devices, and DMZ
- Keep update on the latest IT technology
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Sensible, good analytical and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Able to prepare technical documentation
- Team-work, good communicator and work well with Singapore user.
- Drive IT experience and improvement attitude
- Proactive and willing to extend help to others
