Managing and supporting systems adoption for service delivery improvements
***Duration : 2 years contract**
**Working hour : 8.30am to 6.00pm**
**Working location : Central (nearest MRT station : Cityhall)
- **Managing and supporting systems adoption for service delivery improvements**:
- **Responsible for performing administrative tasks and providing assistance to various business units in their day-to-day utilization of Workday and related systems.**:
- **Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and possess hands-on experience in HR processes, enabling you to seamlessly integrate and translate them into our HR system.**:
- **Familiarity with Compensation and Performance processes, as well as Public Service HR policies and practices, would be advantageous.**:
- **Utilize your expertise in managing data, HR transactions, and processes within HRIS. Previous experience in implementing and maintaining HR systems, particularly Workday, is highly preferred.**:
- **Engage stakeholders to gain insights into their challenges, identify gaps, gather feedback, collaborate with System Integrator and Central Team colleagues to develop potential solutions, and effectively communicate these solutions to stakeholders.**:
- **Strong written and oral communication skills, along with excellent documentation abilities, are essential.**:
- **Thrive in ambiguous situations and adopt a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities and address them from a user-centric standpoint. Comfortably engage in co-solutioning and implementing new initiatives.**:
- **Exhibit exceptional planning skills to effectively manage milestones for HRIS annual maintenance and new initiatives. Maintain open lines of communication with affected stakeholders to ensure their continued engagement in the process.**:
- **Perform additional support tasks as assigned.
**Job Requirements
- **GCE A/Diploma/ Degree holder with 2 years of working experience**:
- **Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems**:
- **Experience in executing HR transactions in Workday or similar HRIS**:
- **Experience in Shared Services will be advantageous**:
- **Able to work independently with mínimal supervision**:
- **Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details**:
- **Good project management skills and strive to deliver on time.**:
- **Good interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships**:
- **Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders.**:
- **Proficient in using Microsoft word, Powerpoint and Excel
