WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need a Senior Payroll Consultant for the Asia Pacific Region who will lead and support Payroll related Projects to drive standardization, create efficiencies, mitigate risks and deliver innovative solutions to improve the way the payroll team operates. The Senior Payroll Consultant will define and implement operational controls and procedures to stabilize operations and maintain high level of Payroll accuracy. You will be well-versed with multi-country payroll and able to define, establish and document processes and procedures. You have a strong process improvement mindset and is highly motivated and organized who can flawlessly execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will work with internal and external stakeholders and provide payroll related tactical and technical advice and guidance across the APAC region. You will support system related Pay and Time Project execution in partnership with the Nike Technology team and other internal teams. You will also act as a consultative partner to internal teams and to the broader HR Support functions. You will champion new ways of working and adoption of best practices and methodologies.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will lead the payroll team in Singapore, reporting directly to the APAC Payroll Manager. You will be the main point of contact and will provide technical advice and guidance across a range of payroll activities for the payroll team.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or IT
- At least 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation/Benefits or HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint)
- At least 2 years of experience/exposure in managing cross-functional projects, process re-engineering and transformation
- Working knowledge and proficiency in HR & Payroll systems/software (SAP, Workday preferred)
- Strong communications and influencing skills. Confident in communicating and engaging internal teams, stakeholders, vendors and partners
