**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point of contact to investors and key stakeholders of clients
- Assist in planning, organising and managing road shows, conferences, site visits and investor meetings
- Draft and facilitate the preparation of all relevant materials required (i.e. road show schedule, presentation decks, fact sheets, press releases, etc)
- Follow up and collect participants’ feedback, and attend to any general enquiries
- Assist with media relations matters including the dissemination of clients’ media releases or the firm’s marketing materials
- Summarise analyst and industry reports, including news flow related and relevant to clients’ businesses, to keep internal and external stakeholders abreast of latest developments
- Plan, organise and attend networking sessions to create opportunity for external stakeholders to promote the company’s events and share their experiences
- Maintain and update database to improve on data management processes and accuracy
- Support marketing objectives to work with business groups, industry professionals, and trade associations to promote the company’s activities
- Exposure to ad-hoc projects and any other assignments as required

**Professional Attributes**:

- Preferably degree in finance, business or equivalent

- Motivated individual who is results-driven, resilient and determined
- Resourceful and possess good market intelligence
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised, able to work independently
- Ability to be flexible & can quickly adjust execution in the face of new information

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per month
