Intern, Investor Relations Operations

Position Summary:

B Capital is seeking for an Investor Relations Operations Intern who will join us from January 2026 for a 6-months to 1 year internship contract in Singapore. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate or graduating student willing to commit at least 4 working days (full time preferred) for the stated duration. The preliminarily responsibilities involve assisting the Singapore Investor Relations team with material preparation for investors, database management, planning and execution of various investor events and ad-hoc desktop research. The job also requires the candidate to be highly collaborative while working with various internal stakeholders, and project manage multiple initiatives effectively. The role offers a great exposure to the investor relations function within the venture capital industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Assisting with the preparation and updating of fundraising materials including executive summaries, pitch books, PPMs, DDQs, etc

•    Working collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to gather financial and non-financial data

•    Managing investor CRM database and various platforms while maintaining high accuracy of data through extensive quality checking procedures

•    Supporting the planning, preparation, and implementation of various investor events

•    Supporting various operational initiatives to help streamline processes within the Investor Relations department 

•    Assisting with ad-hoc desktop research

•    Other duties as assigned, as earned, and as the group evolves

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•    Undergraduate student expecting to graduate in 2026/2027 from a local university in Singapore or recent graduate from a local university in Singapore who is keen to take on 6 months of short-term contract position. 

•    Some relevant internship experience strongly preferred (e.g., Experience as an Investor Relations or Operation Support for an asset management firm).

•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•    Ability to work independently, collectively as part of a team, and collaboratively with other internal stakeholders

•    Meticulous and attention to detail

•    Highly motivated and a self-starter

•    Prior VC/PE Industry experience not required, but a plus

•    Awareness of fundraising trends and GP/LP relationships is a plus
