You will be required to:

- Perform detailed and accurate production tabulations, scorecards and dashboards.
- Manage project objectives, scope, resources, risks, roles and responsibilities.
- Prepare and carry out detailed project plans, schedule key project milestones, manage work streams and activities.
- Collaborate closely, analyse and validate the business needs of stakeholders.
- Work closely with all teams for business development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Evaluate reports, systems and processes, identify gaps and champion changes to improve production and efficiencies, including gathering of information on problems to be solved.

To join us as a Telesales Business Analyst Executive, you should:

- Have obtained a minimum of Diploma Levels.
- Professional and possesses good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Motivated and driven when met with challenges, committed and strong-willed in the long term.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros), Tableau and SQL is required.
- Past experience in the insurance industry and Telesales, as well as relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI is a plus.
