Singapore Space Executive Full time

As a business analyst, you will work closely with various government agencies and internal project teams to design and deliver impactful digital solutions that improve the lives of citizens, businesses, and public officers. You will be part of a cross‐functional team, including product managers, solution architects and technical consultants, solving real operational problems and driving digital transformation at scale. We're looking for someone who is technically strong, deeply aligned with the public sector's mission, confident in stakeholder management, and able to bridge the gap between business needs and technology. If you're motivated by public good, enjoy complex problem solving, and can operate from both a strategic and hands‐on standpoint, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Partner with Agencies & Capture Business Needs Engage business users through human‐centric, visual methods (e.g., service journeys, user story mapping)Understand citizen and business needs and translate them into clear business cases Work onsite with agencies when required to understand ground realities and ensure successful project outcomes Drive End‐to‐End Solutioning Elicit and document requirements (user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria)Work with internal teams and vendors to design and deliver digital solutions Assess and recommend technology options aligned with the company's directions Project Delivery & Execution Identify and adopt suitable development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Oversee testing, UAT, and data conversion to ensure high‐quality delivery Drive product readiness for deployment, user adoption, and stable operations Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving Analyse the impact of change requests and guide stakeholders through trade‐off decisions Work with support teams to diagnose and resolve operational issues Identify opportunities for improvement by keeping sight of both big‐picture goals and detailed requirements What We're Looking For: Experience & Expertise Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields At least 5 years of BA or IT consulting experience (senior consultant level); lesser years of experience can be considered for a consultant level role Experience in a full software/product development lifecycle Strong BA fundamentals—requirements gathering, solutioning, design, testing Experience with Agile delivery and digital product lifecycle management Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking Excellent communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders Conviction in the mission of public service and the value of digital transformation Strong user management and the ability to build trust with stakeholders Ability to handle ambiguity while keeping the big picture in mind Willingness to be hands‐on and go onsite when needed Bonus Skills Experience in: Data Analytics, Agile, Internet/Mobile technologies, CRM, KM, Service Design, Cloud Solutioning Prior software development or IT consulting experience Why Join?Work on meaningful digital transformation projects that serve millions Influence the design of public sector digital services Develop both strategic and hands‐on capabilities in a high‐impact environment If you're ready to contribute to Singapore's digital transformation journey, we'd love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
