HELIX is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. As a Web3 Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives to promote our RWA DeFi platform.

At HELIX, we are revolutionizing the way investors access real world yields by leveraging blockchain technology and our advanced protocol. We aim to provide stable yields that are uncorrelated to the broader crypto market volatility, offering a secure and reliable investment option.

In this role, you will lead the marketing efforts to build brand awareness, drive user acquisition, craft a strong product narrative, and engage with our target audience. You will collaborate with the core team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate us in the DeFi space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategy to promote the HELIX platform
- Manage our social media channels (eg. X, Discord, LinkedIn, Telegram) to increase brand awareness and drive community engagement
- Work closely with product management and development team to create content (eg. Medium articles) and align marketing initiatives with product roadmap and releases
- Plan and coordinate community engagement events

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, ideally with prior experience managing online Web3 communities and platforms
- Possess a strong passion for Web3 and a presence on social media platforms such as X
- Strong understanding of the DeFi trends and able to work independently to produce thought articles and content
- Innovative mindset to create interesting and engaging content for HELIX
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken)
