Hey there As a Marketing Executive in Salad, you'll be working with the Marketing Lead to help promote Salad's products and services. Don't worry if you don't know everything about the Web3 world just yet - you'll learn on the job

One of your main responsibilities will be to assist in the development and execution of marketing plans. You'll work with the Marketing Lead to create and implement marketing strategies. This might involve conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and figuring out the most effective marketing channels to use.

Another important aspect of your job will be to help increase brand awareness. You'll be involved in targeted campaigns, events, and content creation to help make Salad more visible to potential users. This might include things like creating social media content, building relationships with influencers, and participating in relevant industry events.

You'll also need to contribute to growth strategies. This means identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them. You might need to do things like conduct market research, identify new markets to target, and help develop new product features.

Another important aspect of your job will be to analyze data and performance metrics. You'll help monitor website traffic, engagement rates, and sales data to see how well our marketing efforts are doing. This will help you and the Marketing Lead to determine the effectiveness of different marketing channels, and make adjustments to our strategies accordingly.

Most importantly, you'll be working closely with other teams to make sure our marketing efforts are aligned with our product development goals and business objectives.
