Salad is seeking a Marketing Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to increase the visibility and appeal of Salad's products and services to users in the Web3 space. The Marketing Lead will need to have a thorough understanding of decentralized platforms, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrencies to effectively drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Salad's Web3 projects.

As the Marketing Lead, you will have a variety of daily responsibilities, including creating and executing marketing strategies, building brand awareness, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and working closely with other teams. You will need to produce engaging content, build relationships with influencers, and participate in industry events to increase the visibility of Web3 products.

Analyzing data regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies is one of the most crucial aspects of this job. You will be responsible for monitoring website traffic, engagement rates, and sales data to determine which marketing channels are most effective. Additionally, you will need to ensure that you are spending your marketing budget wisely and working closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to align your efforts with business objectives.

To be considered for this position, you should have at least 2 years of marketing experience in the tech industry, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Other requirements include a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem, excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

As the Marketing Lead, you will also be responsible for managing and coaching other marketing team members to greatness.
