As Web3's Liquidity Layer, Native provides liquidity to all our partners, abstracting the underlying Defi infrastructure away for any ecosystems or dApps.

**Position Summary**

Native is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing targeted content across social media channels, blogs, and marketing platforms. You will drive Native’s social media strategy to promote both new and existing products across various business lines. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business users, to solve real-world challenges in the rapidly evolving DeFi space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute end-to-end campaign strategies to drive hype, awareness, and adoption of new business product lines.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities to engage on existing platforms and expand our presence to new platforms.
- Monitor and report on the growth and health of our social media communities and use findings to continually refine our social media strategy.
- Develop and coordinate the content calendar across all marketing channels.
- Determine a best-in-class approach to community engagement on platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of Web3 consumers and app developers.
- Stay abreast of the latest Web3 industry developments.
- Keep track of the KPIs, and marketing metrics across all channels.
- Generate captivating long-form and short-form content, including articles, presentations, narratives, social media posts and other marketing-related assets.

**Job Requirements**
- 4-5 years in the content marketing and writing - with a track record of success, particularly on key platforms such as Twitter or Reddit
- A track record of running high impact growth marketing campaigns for technical audiences and consumers
- Must demonstrate creativity and strong writing skills for both fast-moving social media formatted micro-content and longer form articles
- Good knowledge of DeFi/Crypto/Blockchain/Web 3
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative start-up environment and quickly shift and adapt to an evolving environment
- Able to understand and connect with target audiences across multiple platforms in real-time
- Experience with photography, copywriting, design, and basic video editing are pluses (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
