**The Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SEA Lead to join our team. As the single point of contact for a key client in the Pharmaceutical Industry, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing the execution of facilities management activities across Southeast Asia.

**A typical day may involve**:
Managing diverse facilities operations, including:

- Overseeing building operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and CBRE standards.
- Developing and executing facilities management strategies to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
- Managing budgets, tracking performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Overseeing project management, including capital projects and renovations.
- Ensuring the implementation of environmental, health, and safety procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Developing and implementing facilities management strategies that drive operational efficiency and client value, including:

- Managing vendor relationships and performance.
- Implementing and maintaining facility-related systems and tools.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Managing and maintaining strong client relationships, including:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters.
- Proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
- Providing regular reporting and updates on facilities performance.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong focus on operations and a proven track record of leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with facilities management systems and tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience managing facilities and teams across multiple geographies, ideally including Southeast Asia and/or Pacific regions.
