**The team you'll be part of**
You will form part of the Leadership team of the Global Sales organization within Cloud & Network Services (CNS), reporting into the Senior VP of the Global Sales organization. You will lead a large team spread over the APAC region with senior sales, presales and delivery leaders reporting into you either in direct or dotted line. You will be accountable for the sales and delivery performance of the business in APAC.

You will lead and inspire the team in APAC, providing a clear and tangible vision of the strategy and future for the business. You will coach and mentor your direct reports and overall lead the employee engagement in the region.

As part of our team, you will:
- Lead the CNS region’s sales and end-to-end business to drive achievement of financial targets including orders, revenue, sales margin, and cash.
- Define and implement the CNS go-to-market sales and business strategy, and drive execution plans with all functional teams to achieve near-term objectives and longer-term ambitions.
- Build and leverage trusted partnerships with customer CxO’s to help them achieve their business objectives and to fulfill the CNS business mission.
- Drive thought leadership in understanding customer business challenges and proposing unique and differentiated Nokia solutions.
- Lead business, financial and workforce planning activities and drive execution to achieve results.
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, and delivery) and interface with customer executives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage people related activities (workforce planning, sales compensation, rewards and recognition, communications, and employee engagement).
**Your skills and experience**
- 20+ years of experience in sales in the APAC region
- C-Level relationships in CSPs, and large Enterprise companies in the region
- Proven P/L experience of leading a significant business with a demonstrable track record of success
- Solid people leadership experience and successes in a multicultural environment
- Technical familiarity of the CNS portfolio
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Win-win attitude and perseverance
