This is a newly created position in the SBF APAC Digital & IT function with the primary job responsibility to lead the Digital-IT function for Cluster Asia. The Cluster Asia comprises of 4 markets (Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore & HK) and export markets. The role also serves as the IT business partner for the APAC Supply chain organization.

This role reports to the CDIO of Asia Pacific with a dotted line to the Cluster Asia BU CEO. The role requires outstanding technical mastery and strong communication & bridging skills with comfort in ambiguous situations which is typical in newly created roles. Current Cluster Asia IT managers and staff will report into this position.

Key responsibilities of the role include the following:
**Cluster Asia**:

- Create a mid-term Digital -IT action plan for Cluster Asia, bridging between the needs of the Gemba in Cluster Asia and the global SBFI Digital-IT action plan
- Deliver the aligned Digital-IT action plan with quality & speed in a cost effective manner
- Personally lead select Gemba centric Digital-IT projects to deliver value in a nimble & cost effective manner
- Ensure delivery of all global & regional IT projects in a locally relevant manner in Cluster Asia markets
- Transform the CA IT team into a cohesive, high performing, nimble and modern Digital-IT organization

APAC Supply Chain
- Serve as the business partner for the APAC Supply chain team with focus on manufacturing, Data & analytics and sustainability. Create a short & mid term action plan that serves the needs of the Supply Chain function while being overall aligned with the larger global Digital IT function action plan
- Bridge between the Supply Chain function and individual Digital IT teams to ensure good alignment and “lost in translation” issues
- Personally lead specific projects from initiation to launch.

- A strategic yet hands on understanding of how data & technology can be leveraged to deliver better business outcomes and also as a transformational set of tools in the CPG industry
- Strong experience in Supply Chain or commercial IT projects with a thorough understanding of key supply chain concepts
- Strong vendor management skills to manage a network of external partners.
- Good communicator with ability work effectively across different cultures and teams and various levels of technical mastery
- Hands on leadership style, combining effective people management and the ability to roll up sleeves and deliver when needed
