2. Data entry and adjudication of medical claims
4. Respond to enquiries and complaints
5. Provide support to resolve problems
6. Ensure accurate reimbursement to employees/service providers on timely manner.
7. Verify that claims are processed and reimbursed according to clients’ requirements and policy
9. Assist with preparation of explanation of benefits letters
10. Assist in checking of batch payment reports
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- O'levels
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Customer service skill
