Responsibilities:
Provide internal IT helpdesk and operations support for employees.
Assist in internal and external audit requirements such as ISO27001.
Asset management of endpoints, servers and other appliances.
Testing, deploying, troubleshooting and managing internal systems.
Conduct employee trainings such as cyber awareness and software adoption.
Perform on and off boarding tasks.
Documentation of required information and processes.
Any other internal IT tasks assigned.
**Requirements**:
Experience in Systems Administration including for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Mobile Device Management.
Strong problem-solving skills, sense of urgency and positive attitude.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT support environment.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Microsoft and/or ITIL certification is a plus.
