Endowus is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). **Responsibilities & ownership**: - Act as a People partner to an aligned Business unit. Partner with senior leaders of that BU to understand their People objectives and develop plans and programs to meet those goals. - Proactively identify People-related concerns, issues, challenges and resolve them. - Responsible for advising and managing the full spectrum of employee lifecycle activities from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, coaching and exit management - Propose learning and development programmes, compensation, benefits & rewards according to the needs of the organisation - Review and maintain HR systems and processes to achieve heightened accuracy and efficiency**‍** **Requirements & qualifications** - >5 years of Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Total experience is likely more than 5 years. - Good grasp of technical requirements in startups and fintech companies preferred. - Proactive in approach with strong ownership mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness. - An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient. - A growth mindset and truly flexible.
