- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have experience in talent acquisition within the crypto or blockchain industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a highly competitive market
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry and understanding of the unique skills and qualities required for roles in this field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passionate about the crypto industry and eager to contribute to its growth and development
