Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), established in 2017 and headquartered in Singapore, operates as a subsidiary of the Telenor Group. We deliver Global Category Management as a service to the Telenor Business Units, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end Sourcing process and performance of global spend categories. Functioning as one Global Procurement team across all Telenor markets, we enable Telenor’s strategic ambitions by becoming a centre of expertise in the pursuit of efficient operations. TPC seeks qualified procurement professionals that are comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced Telecom field.

**Main tasks**

As Analyst, Tower Infra Category, you will report directly to Director, Tower Infra Category and have a pivotal role in terms of ownership as to formulating and executing overall category spend analysis (including but not limited to analysis of baseline, contracted saving, realized saving, vendor offer comparison etc.) in very close-co-operation with Category Teams residing in different Telenor Business Units. In addition the role implies taking strong ownership over category reporting and performance management, as well as taking a forward leaning approach towards systematically supporting identification of new value-creation opportunities.

**Main tasks include**:

- Support the Director, Tower Infra category for analysis within the categories to prepare category reporting and performance management
- End-to-end responsible for quantitative analysis within the category in regard to the both the spend base and sourcing activities (baselining, saving calculations, TCO, evaluation models etc.)
- Facilitate continuous improvement of category strategy
- Align with Category managers to automate standard reporting for category related KPI to measure, control and benchmark
- Responsible for all reporting requirements within the category, including spend under management, contracted and realized savings, target settings, pipeline planning, ensuring timely update of savings tracking system by category teams

**Profile & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role is it believed that a deep understanding of strategy and analysis within a sourcing context is needed, in particular in regards to Tower Infra categories (including lease of Tower sites, construction of Tower sites etc). You will on a daily basis interact with numerous senior stakeholders across different markets in the Telenor Group. You therefore need to be a natural communicator and interact and facilitate a multi-functional stakeholder dialogue effectively and convincingly on complex matters.

**Qualification and Experience Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience either in a analysis management role or as strategic sourcing expert, preferably within the Tower Infra categories
- Bachelor of degree in statistics, finance or equivalent. MBA will be preferred.
- Broad experience with common data processing tools, e.g. advanced knowledge of Excel or Tableau
