**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Key Account Manager**to nurture and grow relationships with our most valuable customers. You will help them extract the most value from our platform, understand their needs, and turn them into long-term partners and advocates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Drive adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities within key accounts.
- Proactively identify clients’ business challenges and provide strategic solutions using our platform.
- Collaborate with product and our in-house no-code developers to ensure customers’ feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Host regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure they are achieving their goals.
- Track and report on account health, usage metrics, and expansion opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Experience managing a portfolio of high-value B2B clients.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and analyzing customer data.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
