**About the Role**:
We are seeking to appoint a full time **IT Continuity Governance Lead **to join our IT Assurance team. Reporting to the Global IT Assurance Lead, the primary role of the IT Continuity Governance Lead is

responsible for overseeing the establishment of the overarching ITSCM framework, standard policies, practices, and processes (e.g., templates, playbooks, back up policies, testing plans including facilitating the architecture reviews) within Global.
- Design the appropriate frameworks and policies to govern the global organization’s robust IT Continuity Planning activities.
- Responsible for working with the other key Global IT Functions to conduct ongoing risk analyses and reviews to ensure preventative measures are in line with risk perceptions from the business.
- Ensure that service continuity measures and procedures are regularly maintained andtested from a Global IT aspect. You will communicate and support Global IT and the business to embed ITSCM activities as part of BAU.
- Provide support to encourage collaboration across the Global IT functions, key business stakeholders and third parties to develop the governance and activities required to recover operations and services and to be compliant with any regulatory requirements. In addition to assisting the development of the relevant recovery documentation taking input across functions, from business stakeholders and third parties as appropriate.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, detail orientated and demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking individual with:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Business/ IT Continuity Manager in an environment similar in size and complexity to Olympus.
- Minimum 5 years of IT work experience.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 framework foundation qualification.
- Broad experience in other IT disciplines, e.g., solution architecture, software engineering, business analysis, product delivery, process modelling, data modelling and systems analysis
- In-depth knowledge of working with business processes of the assigned domain, preferably in medical related fields
- Experience of working at all levels of an organization, from operational to senior management levels.
- Business Continuity Management practices and protocols, including in-depth knowledge of international BCM standards promoted by BCI and DR. and ISO. A strong understanding of Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvementmethods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices (COCO, COSO, ISO, ITIL, CMM, COBIT, etc.)
