Operations Executive - uParcel (Singapore)

uParcel is Singapore’s leading logistics tech platform, transforming last-mile delivery through smart routing, real-time tracking, and a dynamic network of partners. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Operations Executive**to join our team and help us scale operational excellence across our fast-growing ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across our network
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with tech and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement and refine SOPs to uphold high standards of service and efficiency
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, route planning, and partner coordination
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and cost-effectivenessSupport onboarding and training of delivery partners to ensure compliance and quality

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
- Commitment to operational excellence and a relentless pursuit of high standards
- Resilience in the face of challenges, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled operations preferredFamiliarity with data tools, dashboards, and process automation is a plus
