The installation Operation manager oversees a team of installers responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components. They even schedule and oversee the installation of products. Being an installation operation manager ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.

The installation operation manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. They are dedicated, first-level managers.

Installation operation managers typically need to report to CBO from time to time, ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets. They have full authority for personnel action.

As an installation operation manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and the sales manager, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals.

**_Job Responsibilities: _**
- To lead the operations and production team to deliver within specific standards and schedules required
- To manage overall costs including material, equipments, manpower etc
- To manage production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control
- To maintain and improve the overall performance of the business on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of process
- Manage and supervise the installation staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Safety legislation and requirements
- To maintain close, professional and effective links with all external contractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver to mutually accepted agreements and highest quality levels
- Review and analyze staff performance for each team
- To ensure daily company operations are complying to Standard Operating Procedure
- Regular meeting with the operations and training teams to create strategic planning
- Assists in implementing business plans, involved in staff control and handling people issues.
- Responsible for the recruitment, training and motivation of staff.
- Be hands-on and involved in the daily operations of the business, including handling of customer installation services.
- Communicates and schedules the scope of work to installers; orders and ensures products are delivered on time; permits/inspections/quality walkthroughs are scheduled and completed.
- Receives and processes job change orders and informs appropriate parties of changes.
- Immediately addresses and troubleshoots issues that arise during the installation process.
- Provides installers with assistance and additional equipment and materials as required.
- Develops a high performing team. Provides sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives.
- Completes employee reviews and sets goals/expectations for employee progressions. Makes recommendations for workforce planning by hiring when needed.

- Higher Diploma or Bachelor in Business Management or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in Operations Manager position, preferably in Construction Or Interior Design
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
- Superior problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and thorough desire for continuous improvement
- Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiples tasks
