Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer enquiries on stocks (exchange or loan) availability, RFQ as well as exchange order status
- Manage TAT exchanges and loan activities
- Monitor and assist in resolving critical and AOG situations in a timely manner.
- Responsible for fulfilling ABTH replenishments within contractual commitments
- Inventory management of exchange pool units and ABTH (contract) stocks
- Perform operational activities such as system transactions, co-ordinating deliveries and ensuring follow up on customer core returns back to pool
- Expedite and identify critical support stocks under repair, if necessary to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and replenishments
- Arrange and perform deliveries/shipments after working hours (24/7 AOG duty on rotation basis)
- Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ensure validity of inventory shelf life for internal stocks
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain management or equivalent
- Experience in Aerospace Industry/Freight Forwarding would be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
- Flexible to work after office hours when required and willing to be rostered to be on standby and respond within stipulated timeframe upon activation (AOG duty)

- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
