**OVERVIEW & IMPACT**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Communicate and collaborate with Head-quarter HR teams to build up talent network for futures talent needs
- Identify best in class partners, institutions and government bodies and create opportunities for collaboration
- Identify and build up talent pool within Singapore and Asean region
- Create Employer brand awareness and build talent pipeline within the education systems ( especially local Universities)
- Sensing and analysis of recruitment situation in Southeast Asia including Singapore.
- Planning recruitment events to share recruitment information, company vision, company
- Introduction for job seekers in Southeast Asia including Singapore.
- Support HQ recruitment projects and process
**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Minimal BS degree or comparable engineering degree preferred
- Minimal 10 years of relevant Technology experience in Semiconductor industry
- Minimal 5 years of relevant HR- Talent Acquisition specialization experience in an international company or regional role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Korean language skill to communicate with headquarters is a plus
