**YOUR FOOTPRINT AT DWELLWORKS**
The IT Helpdesk Analyst will need to feel comfortable interacting with all levels of users within the company and have exceptional customer service skills.
**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**
- Manage helpdesk for third party independent consultants including management of major roll-outs to the network. Roll-outs include communication planning, roll-out testing, training creation, training delivery, and ongoing support. If applicable, manage roll-out support resources through planning of work assignments, training, and ongoing problem resolution support.
- Provide user support in all time zones and serve as SME for Office 365, Office Products, Fuze, Video Conferencing, and Service Engine.
- Serve on the integration team and assist with new business unit set-up (acquisitions and new offices) and establishing and communicating process and procedures that impact the business unit.
- Establish best practice through research and troubleshooting. Create troubleshooting guide for one off situation to share knowledge with the team members.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

Your Experience & Education (required)_**
- 1-3 years of related experience, including:
- Debugging or troubleshooting experience
- Using Windows operating systems (Mac a bonus)
- Office 365, and Office Suite 2007-2016
- Mobile device support
- Application configuration and administration in a Microsoft environment
- Salesforce Administration

- Ability speak and write in English in all business communications

- Critical thinking
Outstanding communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of the relocation industry specifically destination services is a plus but not essential
