**Job Overview**
This HR Executive will manage all recruitment and frontline manpower planning activities, including site deployment, staff engagement, and HR operations support. The role ensures manpower sufficiency across managed estates and supports staff-related communication and coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
**_Recruitment & Onboarding _**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff (e.g., Condo Managers, Property Officers) and office roles.
- Schedule interviews, issue offer letters, and coordinate onboarding procedures.
- Liaise with recruitment platforms and external manpower agents.
**_Manpower Deployment & Relief Coordination _**
- Maintain deployment schedules and plan relief coverage for absentee staff across MCST-managed sites.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth staff movement and coverage.
- Track staff movements, internal transfers, and deployment records.
**_Employee Engagement & Development _**
- Coordinate staff welfare initiatives, orientation programmes, and basic training arrangements.
- Act as a point-of-contact for on-site staff to raise queries and receive HR support.
- Maintain feedback logs and staff communication records for management review.
**_Administrative Support _**
- Assist with daily office and site-related administrative matters such as logistics coordination, filing, and site documentation preparation.
- Support site managers and operations team with recruitment or HR-related submissions.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of HR operations or recruitment experience, ideally in FM/property sectors.
- Strong coordination skills and responsiveness to deployment needs.
- People-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
