Due to our continued success of signing new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem,we are expanding and hiring an Integration Support Engineer. You'll lead the technical implementation of our software/ products onto our clients’ environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers you will drive technical support to problem resolution for Software and System upgrades.

**What you'll do as an Integration Support Engineer**:

- Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure.
- Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task. If necessary liaise with the Evooq product development teams.
- Maintain documentation related to the client's technical environment.

**What you'll need as an Integration Support Engineer**:

- Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
- Strong customer service and communication skills. L2 support experience would be very valuable.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills. L3 support experience would be very valuable.
- Experience with information system troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.
- Basic knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, be familiar with curl / wget, etc).
- Basic knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc).
- Experience in banking softwares (Temenos, Avaloq, Finnova, S2i, etc) and knowledge in financial products and wealth management is advantageous.
