**Your Mission**
- Develop and execute Suupport plans that drive project success and exceed customer expectations
- Conduct advanced reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses to optimize system performance
- Design and implement maintenance plans that minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless logistics support and RAM activities
- Provide expert training and support to customers and end-users
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technologies and best practices in ILS

**Your Skills and Expertise**
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computing Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven expertise in ILS, RAM, and technical documentation
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
