**What you'll do at Deel**
- Strive to exceed APAC revenue goals and foster a culture of excellence
- Management of AE managers across India, ASEA, NASIA and ANZ
- Setup Deel strategies across APAC
- Be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent to create a high performing sales team.

**Key Qualifications**
- 10+ years experience
- Proven sales management and leadership experience across all sub regions in APAC
- Experienced in managing managers
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales performance metrics
- Excellent operational skills - SFDC reporting, forecasting and data analysis
- Prior experience in a high growth/ Startup environment
- Hands on approach
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
